All installed systems are provided with 12 months on site warranty.

All installed systems are provided with 12 months warranty from date of installation. Should the system develop a fault within the first 12 months we will visit site and repair or replace. This warranty is limited to equipement subject to fair wear and tear and limited to equipment supplied by ACL CamCom.

All cctv equipment sold for DIY installation are provided with 12 months warranty.

All DIY systems are provided with 12 months warranty from date of despatch. Should the equipment develop a fault within the first 12 months please return the equipment for repair or replacement. This warranty is limited to equipement subject to fair wear and tear and limited to equipment supplied by ACL CamCom.

If you are unhappy with any product simply return to us in original conditon and with original packaging and we will replace, swap with another product or refund your money.
